Welcome to an unforgettable experience with Edge Hockey Skills, where your kids will embark on a journey of skill development, camaraderie, and fun!
Camp Schedule:
Dorm Life:
St. Joseph's: Your child will stay in the comfortable dorms at St. Joseph's, creating lasting memories with new friends. They'll eat, workout, and hang out in this vibrant and energetic environment.
Daily Routine:
- 6:30 AM: Rise and shine!
- 7:00 AM: Team breakfast to fuel up for the day.
- 7:20 AM: Depart from St. Joseph's for a day filled with excitement.
On-Ice Skills Development:
- 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Skills sessions for the 8-11 age group.
- 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Skills sessions for the 12-15 age group.
Fitness and Video Sessions:
- 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM (12-15) / 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM (8-11): 90-minute workout sessions at Impact Fitness.
- 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Video sessions to enhance skills and strategy.
Lunch and Regeneration:
- 12:15 PM - 12:40 PM: Enjoy a nutritious lunch.
- 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM (12-15): On-ice training; (8-11): Off-ice regeneration and mobility.
Afternoon Sessions:
- 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM (8-11): On-ice training; (12-15): Off-ice regeneration and mobility.
Evening Activities:
- 5:15 PM: Group dinner for a time of bonding.
- 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Pool/lake swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and camp activities.
Nighttime Routine:
- 8:15 PM: Camp stretch and roll-out for relaxation.
- 9:15 PM: It's bedtime, ensuring a good night's rest for an action-packed day ahead.
Age Groups and Limited Availability:
- Ages 8-10 / 11-13 / 14-15
- Limited to 20 participants per age group (16 skaters, 4 goalies)
